
Recently, a series of training sessions aimed at empowering refugee women, supported by the Canadian embassy, concluded as part of the Refugee Women Empowerment Project, which aims to develop participants' life and professional skills and help them enter the job market to build a better future based on self-reliance.The training included a range of digital and practical skills, focusing on digital literacy, cybersecurity, basic programming, and concluded with a practical session on writing a CV. These programs aim to equip refugee women with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective participation in the modern digital job market.During the CV training, participants learned how to prepare a resume that reflects their experiences and skills in a professional manner to enhance their chances of employment.Many women expressed their happiness with their participation, noting the positive impact these trainings had on boosting their self-confidence and increasing their awareness of the practical steps needed to build an independent professional future.The project team confirmed that this initiative represents an important step towards empowering refugee women and facilitating their professional integration, especially in light of the current situation The challenges they face within host communities.
